d. Upon receipt of full payment, de LEGER / Gianelle LEGER grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the design for its intended purpose.
5. Payment
a. Payment terms and pricing details will be provided to the client in a separate agreement.
b. Late payment may result in project delays or additional fees.
6. Copyright and Trademarks
a. All content on this website, including design concepts, typography, photography, illustrations, and logos, are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
b. All trademarks and trade names displayed on this website are the property of de LEGER / Gianelle LEGER or its licensors. Use of these trademarks without express permission is prohibited.
7. Client Rights and License
a. Clients who have paid in full for design services will be granted a non-exclusive license to use the design work for their intended purposes. This license may be subject to specific terms outlined in separate agreements.
